ایروانی: ایران سالانه بیش از ۱۰ میلیارد دلار هزینه مهاجران اففانستانی می‌کند

نیویورک –  امیر سعید ایروانی سفیر و نماینده دائم ایران نزد سازمان ملل با اشاره به حضور بیش از ۶ میلیون مهاجر افغانستانی در ایران، اعلام کرد: ایران سالانه بیش از ۱۰ میلیارد دلار برای تامین نیازهای آنان هزینه می‌کند، در حالی که با حمایت کافی از سوی جامعه بین‌المللی همراه نبوده است.

به گزارش خبرنگار  امیرسعید ایروانی سفیر و نماینده دائم ایران در سازمان ملل روز پنجشنبه به وقت محلی در نشست شورای امنیت درباره افغانستان گفت: «ایران به‌عنوان یک همسایه، به‌ویژه پس از خروج بی‌پروا ایالات متحده در سال ۲۰۲، بخش نامتناسبی از بار ناشی از بحران افغانستان را متحمل شده است. بیش از شش میلیون افغان در ایران پناه گرفته‌اند که فشار زیادی بر منابع محدود ما وارد کرده است. ایران سالانه بیش از ۱۰ میلیارد دلار برای تأمین نیازهای آنان هزینه می‌کند، اما این بار با حمایت کافی از سوی جامعه بین‌المللی مواجه نشده است.»
