حفظ نخبگان شاغل در دستگاه‌های اجرایی مشکلی جدی‌تر از جذب است

تهران- معاون علمی، فناوری و اقتصاد دانش بنیان رئیس جمهور با تشریح برنامه‌های این معاونت برای حمایت از شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان و انجمن‌های علمی حوزه هوش مصنوعی تاکید کرد: مشکل نه در جذب و استخدام نخبگان حوزه هوش مصنوعی در دستگاه‌های اجرایی که در نگه‌داشت نخبگان در این دستگاه‌ها و جلوگیری از گذر آنها به بخش خصوصی و خارج کشور است.

به گزارش روز پنجشنبه گروه علمی ایرنا از معاونت علمی، فناوری و اقتصاد دانش بنیان ریاست جمهوری، حسین افشین در نشست معاون علمی، فناوری و اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان رییس‌جمهور با اعضای انجمن شرکت های فناوری و انجمن ملی هوش مصنوعی، گفت: هدف از برگزاری این جلسه، بیان طرح مباحث و موضوعاتی است که انجمن ها در اکوسیستم هوش مصنوعی می‌توانند برعهده بگیرند. اما نکته مهم این است که انجمن های علمی قرار نیست در جای دانشگاه ها قرار بگیرند.
